PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING MATOSTRANSPORT.COM, ANY RELATED RIDER PORTAL, DRIVER PORTAL, BOOKING PAGE, COMMUNICATION FEATURE, PAYMENT FEATURE, MOBILE-FRIENDLY WEB APPLICATION, DRIVER PAGE, RIDER DASHBOARD, DRIVER DASHBOARD, ADMIN DASHBOARD, SOCIAL SHARING FEATURE, SMS/TEXT FEATURE, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDED THROUGH THE MATOSTRANSPORT.COM PLATFORM.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of MatosTransport.com and all related technology, software, pages, dashboards, tools, booking forms, communication systems, driver pages, rider accounts, driver accounts, payment-related tools, SMS/text features, profile features, and other platform services made available by MatosTransport.Com LLC.
By accessing, registering for, creating an account, requesting a ride, communicating with a driver, using a driver booking page, making a payment, accepting a ride request, operating as a driver, uploading profile information, using social sharing features, receiving SMS/text messages, or otherwise using the MatosTransport.com platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform.
- DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Company,” “MatosTransport,” “MatosTransport.com,” “MatosTransport.Com LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means MatosTransport.Com LLC, the owner and operator of the technology platform.
“Platform” means the MatosTransport.com website, rider portal, driver portal, driver pages, booking tools, messaging tools, account tools, payment-related tools, SMS/text features, profile tools, administrative tools, and any other technology provided by MatosTransport.Com LLC.
“Rider” means any person who creates an account, submits a ride request, books transportation, communicates with a driver, pays for transportation-related services, uses social sharing features, or otherwise uses the platform to request transportation.
“Driver” means an independent transportation provider, business owner, vendor, contractor, or third-party service provider who uses the platform to receive ride requests, communicate with riders, manage transportation services, and offer transportation directly to riders.
“Transportation Service” means the actual ride, driving, pickup, drop-off, vehicle operation, passenger transport, luggage assistance, waiting time, executive ride service, private ride service, or any related transportation activity performed by a driver.
“Driver Page” means a dedicated page, profile, booking page, or landing page on MatosTransport.com that may be assigned to or used by an individual driver or transportation provider.
“User” means any rider, driver, visitor, account holder, administrator, or other person who accesses or uses the platform.
“Account Agreements” means the required legal acknowledgments accepted by a user during registration or use of the platform, including these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, SMS/text message consent, and acknowledgment that MatosTransport.Com LLC is a technology platform only and not the transportation carrier.
- MATOSTRANSPORT.COM IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY
MatosTransport.Com LLC is a technology platform provider only.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not a transportation carrier, motor carrier, taxi company, limousine company, rideshare company, transportation network company, common carrier, chauffeur company, dispatch company, fleet operator, vehicle owner, employer of drivers, or provider of transportation services.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not own, operate, lease, control, inspect, maintain, manage, supervise, or dispatch the vehicles used by drivers.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not provide the actual transportation service.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not employ drivers.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not control the manner, means, route, conduct, vehicle condition, driver availability, driver decisions, driver licensing, driver insurance, driver compliance, driver behavior, driver appearance, driver professionalism, driver schedule, driver pricing, or driver performance.
Each individual driver is solely and independently responsible for the transportation services they offer, accept, schedule, provide, complete, cancel, or fail to provide.
The platform exists only to help riders and independent drivers connect, communicate, manage ride requests, display ride history, process platform-supported booking activity, and access related account tools.
- REQUIRED PLATFORM ROLE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By creating an account, requesting a ride, using the platform, accepting these Terms, or continuing to access MatosTransport.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
MatosTransport.Com LLC is a technology platform only.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not the transportation carrier.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not provide the actual ride.
Transportation services are provided by independent third-party drivers, not by MatosTransport.Com LLC.
Each driver is independently responsible for the transportation service they provide.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for driver licensing, insurance, vehicle condition, route decisions, accidents, delays, cancellations, missed pickups, rider-driver disputes, or transportation service performance.
This acknowledgment is a required condition of using the platform.
- INDEPENDENT DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY
Each driver using the platform is an independent third-party transportation provider and is solely responsible for their own business operations.
Each driver is solely responsible for:
Maintaining a valid driver’s license.
Maintaining legally required insurance.
Maintaining any required business licenses, permits, registrations, local approvals, airport permits, commercial permits, vehicle-for-hire permits, chauffeur permits, or other transportation-related authority.
Complying with all federal, state, county, city, municipal, airport, transportation, tax, insurance, safety, business, and consumer protection laws.
Operating a safe, clean, roadworthy, properly registered, properly insured, and legally compliant vehicle.
Determining whether they are legally permitted to provide transportation services in their location.
Determining whether a ride request can legally and safely be accepted.
Complying with traffic laws and safety requirements.
Managing their own schedule, pricing, service availability, cancellation decisions, and rider communications.
Handling all rider issues related to the transportation service.
Handling all accidents, claims, injuries, damages, complaints, disputes, refunds, delays, missed pickups, unsafe conduct, or service failures caused by or related to the driver’s transportation service.
Maintaining appropriate business records, tax records, payment records, insurance records, and legal compliance documents.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee that any driver is licensed, insured, qualified, safe, authorized, compliant, available, suitable, professional, or legally permitted to provide transportation services.
- RIDER RESPONSIBILITY
Riders are responsible for using the platform and transportation services safely, honestly, and lawfully.
Each rider is responsible for:
Providing accurate pickup and drop-off information.
Providing a valid phone number and email address.
Being ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Communicating clearly and respectfully with the driver.
Ensuring that all passengers comply with these Terms.
Ensuring that minors, dependents, guests, or other passengers are properly supervised.
Disclosing important transportation needs before the ride, including luggage, accessibility concerns, additional stops, special pickup instructions, airport instructions, child seat needs, pet transportation, or other service-related details.
Reviewing the estimated fare, service type, scheduled time, and booking details before submitting a request.
Following all lawful and reasonable driver safety instructions.
Not damaging the vehicle.
Not engaging in abusive, threatening, intoxicated, illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate conduct.
Not using the platform to threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, defraud, or harm any driver, rider, admin, or third party.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may suspend or terminate rider access if a rider misuses the platform, submits false information, fails to pay, threatens a driver, damages property, abuses the communication system, creates safety concerns, or violates these Terms.
- ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain platform features, riders and drivers may be required to create an account.
During registration, users may be required to provide information including, but not limited to:
First and last name.
Email address.
Phone number.
Password.
Language preference.
Profile picture, if added.
Payment method or payment-related details where required.
Agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Acknowledgment of the Privacy Notice.
Consent to receive account, verification, ride update, and service-related text messages.
Acknowledgment that MatosTransport.Com LLC is a technology platform only and not the transportation carrier.
Other information needed for booking, verification, security, compliance, or account management.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and belongs to you.
You agree not to create an account using false information, another person’s identity, an unauthorized phone number, an unauthorized payment method, or misleading details.
You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity was caused by a platform security failure directly controlled by MatosTransport.Com LLC.
- ACCOUNT AGREEMENTS ACCEPTED DURING REGISTRATION
By registering for a MatosTransport account, you agree that acceptance of the Terms and Conditions includes all of the following:
Agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Acknowledgment of the Privacy Notice.
Consent to receive account, verification, ride update, and service-related SMS/text messages.
Acknowledgment that MatosTransport.Com LLC is a technology platform only and not the transportation carrier.
Acknowledgment that independent drivers are solely responsible for transportation services.
Acknowledgment that private ride information will not be intentionally included in standard public social sharing tools.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may record the date, time, account, IP address, device information, and other technical data associated with your acceptance of these account agreements for legal, compliance, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
- PHONE NUMBER AND SMS/TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT
A valid phone number may be required for account registration, ride updates, rider-driver communication, account security, support, and verification.
By providing a phone number and creating an account, you expressly agree to receive account, verification, ride update, security, support, and service-related text messages from MatosTransport.Com LLC and its communication service providers.
These messages may include, but are not limited to:
Account verification codes.
Registration confirmation.
Ride request confirmation.
Ride status updates.
Driver assignment updates.
Driver arrival updates.
Trip status updates.
Cancellation notices.
Security alerts.
Account notices.
Support messages.
Service-related administrative messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency may vary.
SMS/text messages may be sent using automated technology where legally permitted.
You represent that the phone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
You agree not to provide a phone number belonging to another person without authorization.
You understand that SMS/text delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by mobile carrier restrictions, device issues, connectivity issues, provider issues, or other technical conditions.
- SMS/TEXT MESSAGE OPT-OUT
You may opt out of certain SMS/text messages where supported by replying STOP, following message instructions, or contacting MatosTransport.Com LLC through the official contact methods listed on MatosTransport.com.
If you opt out of SMS/text messages, you may not receive verification codes, ride updates, security notices, driver messages, or other platform communications.
Opting out may limit or prevent your ability to use certain platform features.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may still send certain legally permitted or operational communications where allowed by law, including messages necessary to complete a pending transaction, respond to your request, or maintain platform security.
- EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree that MatosTransport.Com LLC may send you emails related to:
Account registration.
Account confirmation.
Login or security notices.
Ride requests.
Ride receipts.
Payment confirmations.
Driver communications.
Policy updates.
Platform updates.
Support matters.
Administrative notices.
You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and accessible.
- PAYMENT METHOD REQUIREMENT
Riders may be required to add or use a payment method, including a credit card, debit card, or other supported payment service.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. MatosTransport.Com LLC may not directly store full payment card numbers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
You authorize applicable charges related to ride bookings, platform fees, driver charges, cancellation charges, waiting time, additional stops, surcharges, tolls, airport fees, cleaning fees, damage fees, or other charges disclosed or applicable to the transportation service.
Payment features may be subject to additional terms from third-party processors.
- PRICING, ESTIMATES, AND FINAL CHARGES
Fare amounts shown on the platform may be estimates unless clearly stated otherwise.
Estimated charges may be based on distance, travel time, driver rates, service type, selected accommodations, ride category, surcharges, tolls, airport-related fees, waiting time, stops, demand conditions, or other applicable factors.
Final charges may differ from estimates if ride details change, route conditions change, additional stops are added, waiting time occurs, tolls are incurred, pickup or drop-off details are incorrect, the rider requests additional service, or the driver applies lawful and disclosed charges.
Drivers may set or customize certain rates and service availability through the platform. MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee that any fare estimate will be the final amount charged by a driver.
- SERVICE TYPES
The platform may allow riders to select different service types, such as Private Ride or Executive Ride.
Private Ride generally refers to standard private point-to-point transportation.
Executive Ride generally refers to a more professional or premium transportation experience, which may include early arrival, professional appearance, door assistance, luggage assistance, or other enhanced service expectations depending on the driver.
Service descriptions are provided for user understanding only. Actual service quality, appearance, conduct, vehicle type, punctuality, and performance are the responsibility of the individual driver.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee that any driver will perform a service in a specific manner.
- DRIVER AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED
Submission of a ride request does not guarantee that a driver will accept, confirm, arrive, or complete the ride.
Drivers may accept, reject, cancel, reschedule, or fail to respond to ride requests.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for driver unavailability, missed pickups, late arrivals, cancellations, traffic delays, weather delays, vehicle problems, driver emergencies, incorrect pickup details, or other issues related to transportation service performance.
- RIDER-DRIVER COMMUNICATION
The platform may provide messaging or communication tools between riders and drivers.
Messages may be monitored, stored, reviewed, or accessed by MatosTransport.Com LLC for safety, dispute resolution, support, quality control, security, legal compliance, or administrative purposes.
Users must not use platform communications to:
Threaten, harass, abuse, or intimidate others.
Send illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or misleading content.
Request or provide unlawful services.
Circumvent platform rules.
Share fraudulent payment information.
Impersonate another person.
Spam or solicit unrelated business.
Share malware, phishing links, or harmful files.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may restrict, review, suspend, or terminate communication access if misuse is suspected.
- PLATFORM IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE
MatosTransport.com is not an emergency transportation service.
Do not use the platform for medical emergencies, police emergencies, fire emergencies, urgent life-threatening situations, ambulance needs, or any situation requiring immediate emergency response.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- MINORS
The platform is not intended for unsupervised use by minors.
A rider must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements or must use the platform under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
Drivers are solely responsible for determining whether they can legally transport minors, whether a parent or guardian must be present, and whether child seats or other safety equipment are required.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not provide child seats, booster seats, or child supervision.
- ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL NEEDS
Riders are responsible for disclosing accessibility needs, mobility needs, medical equipment, wheelchair needs, service animal needs, luggage requirements, or other special accommodations before booking.
Drivers are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding accessibility and service animals.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee that any driver or vehicle will be able to accommodate a specific accessibility need unless directly confirmed by the driver.
- PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS
Riders must disclose pets before the ride.
Drivers may have their own pet policies, except where prohibited by law.
Service animals may be subject to legal protections. Drivers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable service animal laws.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for disputes between riders and drivers regarding pets, service animals, allergies, cleaning, or vehicle suitability.
- CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND WAITING TIME
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the driver, service type, booking terms, timing, and circumstances.
A rider may be charged cancellation fees, no-show fees, waiting time, or other applicable charges if the rider cancels late, fails to appear, provides incorrect pickup information, is not ready at the scheduled time, or causes the driver to wait.
Drivers are responsible for clearly handling their cancellation and waiting time practices in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may assist with platform records but is not the transportation provider responsible for the underlying service dispute.
- REFUNDS AND DISPUTES
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Refund eligibility may depend on the facts of the situation, driver policy, payment processor rules, platform records, applicable law, and whether the transportation service was provided.
Disputes involving ride quality, driver conduct, arrival time, route selection, vehicle condition, cancellation, damages, lost items, accidents, or service performance are primarily between the rider and the independent driver.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may review available platform records and may assist in communication, but MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for refunding transportation services performed by independent drivers unless required by law or expressly agreed by MatosTransport.Com LLC.
- LOST ITEMS
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for items left in a driver’s vehicle.
Riders are responsible for their personal belongings.
Drivers are responsible for handling lost item communications in a reasonable and lawful manner.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may help facilitate communication but does not guarantee recovery of lost items.
- VEHICLE DAMAGE, CLEANING, AND MISCONDUCT
Riders may be responsible for damage, cleaning costs, or other losses caused by the rider or passengers during a ride.
This may include spills, stains, vomiting, broken vehicle parts, excessive mess, smoking, property damage, or other misconduct.
Drivers are responsible for documenting and handling damage claims.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may use platform records to assist in review but is not the owner or operator of the vehicle.
- PROHIBITED USES
Users may not use the platform to:
Violate any law.
Commit fraud.
Create fake accounts.
Use stolen payment information.
Harass, threaten, or abuse another person.
Discriminate against another person.
Transport illegal substances.
Request illegal services.
Interfere with platform security.
Attempt to hack, scrape, copy, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
Upload malicious code.
Misrepresent identity.
Circumvent payment systems.
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Share false ride information.
Impersonate MatosTransport.Com LLC, a driver, rider, employee, representative, or another user.
Use platform information for stalking, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for any prohibited conduct.
- DRIVER PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Drivers may not:
Represent themselves as employees of MatosTransport.Com LLC.
Claim that MatosTransport.Com LLC owns or operates their vehicle.
Claim that MatosTransport.Com LLC is the carrier providing the ride.
Use the platform without proper legal authority to provide transportation.
Use unsafe vehicles.
Drive under the influence.
Harass riders.
Discriminate unlawfully.
Charge unauthorized or deceptive fees.
Misuse rider information.
Share rider private information.
Use rider contact information outside legitimate transportation-related communication.
Bypass platform safety, communication, or payment rules.
Use the MatosTransport brand in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may suspend or terminate driver access for misconduct, safety concerns, complaints, legal risk, fraud concerns, noncompliance, or reputational harm.
- DRIVER BUSINESS AND TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Drivers are independent business operators and are solely responsible for all taxes, income reporting, business filings, licensing, registrations, expenses, insurance, accounting, and legal compliance related to their transportation services.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not provide tax, legal, insurance, employment, licensing, or business compliance advice through these Terms.
Drivers should consult their own qualified professionals regarding business formation, taxes, insurance, licensing, and legal compliance.
- NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship between MatosTransport.Com LLC and any driver.
Drivers are not employees, agents, representatives, or legal partners of MatosTransport.Com LLC.
Drivers have no authority to bind MatosTransport.Com LLC, make promises on behalf of MatosTransport.Com LLC, accept liability on behalf of MatosTransport.Com LLC, or represent that MatosTransport.Com LLC is providing the transportation service.
- PLATFORM FEES AND DRIVER FEES
MatosTransport.Com LLC may charge platform fees, subscription fees, commission fees, service fees, technology fees, processing-related fees, or other fees to drivers, riders, or both.
Drivers may charge their own transportation-related fees.
Fees may change over time.
Continued use of the platform after fee changes means the user accepts the updated fee structure.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The platform may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, SMS providers, email providers, mapping providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, security tools, and other technology vendors.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, interruptions, failed messages, failed payments, inaccurate maps, incorrect routes, unavailable APIs, service interruptions, or other problems caused by third-party providers.
Use of third-party services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
- MAPS, ROUTES, DISTANCE, AND TIME ESTIMATES
The platform may use mapping or location technology to estimate distance, route, travel time, and pricing.
Maps, distance estimates, travel time estimates, traffic estimates, and route calculations may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by third-party systems.
Drivers are responsible for safe and lawful route decisions.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee route accuracy, travel time, mileage, arrival time, or fare calculations.
- AIRPORTS, VENUES, EVENTS, AND RESTRICTED LOCATIONS
Certain pickups or drop-offs may be subject to airport rules, venue rules, event rules, local transportation rules, permits, access fees, waiting areas, staging requirements, or restrictions.
Drivers are solely responsible for knowing whether they are legally authorized to operate at airports, venues, hotels, private communities, gated areas, events, or restricted locations.
Riders are responsible for providing accurate pickup instructions and complying with location rules.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for airport fines, venue restrictions, access denial, permit violations, or driver noncompliance.
- INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee that any driver carries a specific type or amount of insurance.
Drivers are solely responsible for maintaining all insurance required by law and appropriate for their transportation services.
Riders understand that insurance coverage may vary by driver, vehicle, location, service type, and circumstances.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for providing insurance coverage for transportation services unless expressly required by law.
- ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES
Any accident, injury, property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, death, loss, claim, or dispute arising from or related to a transportation service is the responsibility of the driver and any other legally responsible party.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, damages, losses, delays, missed flights, missed appointments, missed events, emotional distress, lost income, lost business, or other harm arising from transportation services provided by independent drivers.
Users agree that MatosTransport.Com LLC is not the carrier and does not control the transportation service.
- USER CONTENT
Users may submit content to the platform, including names, profile information, messages, ride notes, addresses, social profile links, uploaded images, documents, driver descriptions, service descriptions, and other information.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
You must not submit illegal, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, discriminatory, abusive, or harmful content.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may remove, restrict, or review user content if it violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the platform.
- PROFILE PHOTOS AND SOCIAL LINKS
The platform may allow users to upload profile photos or add social media links.
Profile photos and social links are optional unless otherwise required for a specific driver or account feature.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded photo or link is lawful, accurate, appropriate, and does not violate another person’s rights.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may remove any profile photo or social link that appears inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the platform.
Social profile links are provided for account preference and user convenience. MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee social media integration, login integration, profile photo import, or account linking with any third-party social media platform.
- SOCIAL SHARING
The platform may provide optional social sharing tools that allow users to share general promotional messages about MatosTransport.
Social sharing features are optional.
MatosTransport.Com LLC’s standard sharing tools are intended to share general platform-related information only.
MatosTransport.Com LLC will not intentionally include private ride details in standard social sharing content.
Standard MatosTransport social sharing content should not include:
Ride number.
Pickup address.
Drop-off address.
Phone number.
Email address.
Payment amount.
Private chat content.
Exact trip details.
Driver private information.
Rider private information.
Users are responsible for anything they manually type, edit, paste, upload, copy, or post outside the platform.
If a user changes a message after opening a third-party social media platform, text message application, email application, or sharing application, the user is solely responsible for the content shared.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not responsible for user-generated posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any other third-party platform.
- PRIVACY
Your use of the platform is also governed by the MatosTransport.Com LLC Privacy Notice.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice.
The Privacy Notice explains how information may be collected, used, stored, shared, protected, and disclosed.
- DATA SECURITY
MatosTransport.Com LLC uses reasonable efforts to protect platform data, but no website, app, database, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users understand that online systems involve risk.
You are responsible for using secure passwords, protecting your devices, logging out of shared devices, and notifying MatosTransport.Com LLC if you believe your account has been compromised.

MatosTransport.Com LLC may retain account records, ride records, payment-related records, communication records, agreement acceptance records, technical records, SMS consent records, and other business records as reasonably necessary for platform operation, legal compliance, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, and business purposes.
Information may remain in backups, logs, archives, and business records after account closure where legally or operationally necessary.
- ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
MatosTransport.Com LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or platform access at any time if we believe a user:
Violated these Terms.
Created safety concerns.
Provided false information.
Misused the platform.
Failed to pay required charges.
Engaged in fraud.
Harassed another user.
Created legal risk.
Created security risk.
Damaged the reputation of the platform.
Violated applicable law.
MatosTransport.Com LLC may also suspend or discontinue platform access for maintenance, upgrades, business reasons, technical issues, compliance reasons, or any other lawful reason.
- PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party failures, security issues, internet problems, hosting issues, payment processor problems, SMS provider issues, or other causes.
MatosTransport.Com LLC is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime or technical interruptions.
- CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM
MatosTransport.Com LLC may modify, update, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time.
This includes registration tools, booking tools, pricing tools, messaging tools, payment tools, driver dashboards, rider dashboards, admin dashboards, service types, profile tools, SMS features, social sharing features, and account features.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated platform.

When changes are made, the effective date may be updated.

MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, WARRANTIES OF RELIABILITY, WARRANTIES OF AVAILABILITY, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE.
DRIVERS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
DRIVERS WILL BE QUALIFIED.
DRIVERS WILL BE LICENSED OR INSURED.
RIDES WILL BE COMPLETED.
ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.
MESSAGES WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED.
PAYMENTS WILL ALWAYS PROCESS WITHOUT ERROR.
SMS/TEXT MESSAGES WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED.
ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICE WILL MEET A USER’S EXPECTATIONS.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, MISSED FLIGHTS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, MISSED EVENTS, TRANSPORTATION DELAYS, DRIVER MISCONDUCT, RIDER MISCONDUCT, ACCIDENTS, SMS DELIVERY FAILURES, MESSAGE DELIVERY FAILURES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT DRIVERS.
MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, ERRORS, NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, VEHICLE CONDITION, DRIVING, ROUTE SELECTION, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, INSURANCE COVERAGE, LICENSING, COMMUNICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR SERVICE FAILURES OF ANY DRIVER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF PLATFORM FEES, IF ANY, PAID DIRECTLY TO MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC BY THE USER IN THE THIRTY DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGAINST MATOSTRANSPORT.COM LLC
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users release MatosTransport.Com LLC from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, disputes, and causes of action arising from or related to:
Transportation services provided by drivers.
Driver conduct.
Rider conduct.
Vehicle condition.
Accidents.
Injuries.
Property damage.
Lost items.
Delays.
Cancellations.
No-shows.
Payment disputes involving driver services.
Driver licensing or insurance issues.
Disputes between riders and drivers.
Any offline interaction between riders and drivers.
User-generated social media posts.
Third-party platform activity.
SMS/text delivery failures.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatosTransport.Com LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, vendors, technology providers, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, fines, attorney’s fees, or demands arising out of or related to:
Your use of the platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any law.
Your false information.
Your misuse of another person’s information.
Your transportation services, if you are a driver.
Your conduct during a ride, if you are a rider.
Your passenger’s conduct.
Your vehicle, if you are a driver.
Your licensing, insurance, tax, business, or regulatory compliance, if you are a driver.
Your communications with another user.
Your violation of another person’s rights.
Any dispute between you and another user.
Any social media content, message, review, or public post you create.
- DISPUTES BETWEEN RIDERS AND DRIVERS
MatosTransport.Com LLC may, but is not required to, assist with communication or review platform records in disputes between riders and drivers.
MatosTransport.Com LLC does not become a party to any dispute between a rider and driver by providing support, reviewing records, or facilitating communication.
Riders and drivers are encouraged to resolve disputes professionally and lawfully.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction’s law is required to apply.
- VENUE AND JURISDICTION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any legal action involving MatosTransport.Com LLC shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia.
Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for disputes involving MatosTransport.Com LLC.
- INFORMAL RESOLUTION
Before filing a legal claim, users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting MatosTransport.Com LLC through the official contact methods listed on MatosTransport.com.
- ARBITRATION OPTION
MatosTransport.Com LLC may elect to require binding arbitration for disputes where permitted by law.
If arbitration is required, the dispute shall be handled on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action, unless prohibited by law.
- CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree that disputes with MatosTransport.Com LLC must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding.
- SEVERABILITY

- ENTIRE AGREEMENT

You understand that message and data rates may apply.
You understand that message frequency may vary.
You understand that you may opt out of certain SMS/text messages where supported, but doing so may limit your ability to use platform features.
You acknowledge that MatosTransport.Com LLC’s standard social sharing tools are intended to avoid sharing private ride information, including ride numbers, pickup addresses, drop-off addresses, phone numbers, emails, payment amounts, and private chat messages.
You understand that you are responsible for anything you manually edit, copy, paste, type, post, upload, or share outside the platform.
You understand that MatosTransport.Com LLC may store platform records, communication records, agreement acceptance records, and account activity records for safety, support, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and platform operations.
